door strip removal

    Today i have taken of the ugly door strips off my vx. only took me an hour using a hairdryer and the back of a hammer and no paint is removed:)

    anyway what is the best way to get the rubber off it, as i have used wax and grease remover and a cloth rubbing it off, but want an quicker way. thanks

    have had a look at that before i did the job,, just posting to see if there was any ideas of getting it of other than rubbing for hours and loosing your fingerprint.

    Righto, well 95% chance that one way or another, it'll all come down to plain elbow grease.
