Doors won’t unlock

My VZ won’t unlock manually. Luckily a window was open but we can’t even open them from the inside. When we turn the ignition the alarm goes off. Please tell me there is an easy fix.

Does turning the key in the door handle work? Have you tried disconnecting the battery for half an hour to reset the locking system?

Sure you haven't Dead Lock the Drivers Door ?

The key doesn’t move at all on the boot or door. I’ve disconnected the battery but no avail.

Have not tried key in the door myself but every time someone gets it to work they say it takes a lot of effort to turn it.
