Pioneers dont come with double DIN cradles

The dash does need to be completely stripped to fit it properly

Its a 2 hour job for someone who does it professionally.

It will never be stolen if fitted properly as it is bolted in securely.

Not something I would recomend letting your mate do at home in the driveway !!
agree
thats why my mate is doing it who owns his own car stereo shop do it....
does heaps of them so wont be a problem for him....just gotta get enough money to do the whole lot in the one go....not a fan of pulling apart my dash and stuff heaps...the more you pull on and off the clips weaken and it just never is the same....gaps start apearing between pieces,etc...

do it once and do it properly :yeah:

When installing the brackets on either side of the head unit you need to remove the head unit and instrument panel ( single piece) but if your installing a cradle you can just insert it straight in, I'm doing my double din unit tomorrow after work in the workshop so after I've I done it I can put up a more descriptive post on how to DIY :)
