Dragging Brakes?

Not sure if I am breaking forum rules here but drawing attention to my question in the VN, VP section. My VP has a VT/VY front brake upgrade so I figure it spans a few forum categories. Please consider having a look at it. Thanks

Its always hard mixing and matching some parts on different models.
So firstly, I would of Serviced all the callipers before installing them,
Disassemble and degrease every part,
New piston seals,
New piston boots,
New Brake Pads
Flush/blow the brake lines out with compressed air,
Then assemble with fresh Brake Fluid.
