Is it the actual Brake Calipers ?
or
The Hand Brake Shoes ?

If its the Calipers -
Remove the Calipers,
Clean the Piston and Socket,
Install caliper service Kits "carefully",
Bleed the Brakes,
Adjust your Handbrake shoes,
Job done.

PS: Caliper Kits are available and not to expensive,
Most of all, take your time so you don't damage the piston and piston boots.
