hey,
My top idel pulley bearing on my VS sedan is super noisey/took the belt off etc and listened to it and yeh.
The diameter is around 96mm on the one in my car but everywhere i look online they are 81mm or less?
anyone link me to one they know is the right one or school me on whats going on?

If you get stuck, grab the small diameter pulley and grab a vt belt to suit. It's slightly smaller to match the smaller pulley

Just went through this too with that same pulley you identified (top right, with the grooves).

Apparently at some stage (mid?) 1996, they changed from a larger pulley (as you said ~96mm diameter) to a smaller pulley (~81mm diameter).

My two VS's (one a '95 Executive and the other a '96 Berlina), both run the larger pulley.

I was originally supplied with a Nason NEP030 (the smaller size) and managed to swap it over - was then provided with a NuLine EP003 (spot on!).
