Could you please explain again? It's a little hard to understand exactly what you're trying to say.

It sounds like the usual squeaky serpentine belt,
Maybe best to check the pulleys/bearings
could be required to be replaced, which can make the belts run off centre, and wear out quicker.
Otherwise to shut up the noisy belts, run a bit of DryLube over the ribs of the belt, and on the back of it.
DryLube is available from Supercheap, Repco and crapobarn (autobarn).

I use it, and it works like a charm to quieten the belts down on all our 5 cars.

I already check all pulley and spin them by hand, they are all good.yesterday I used the sandpaper polished the belt and stop the noise, but I still saw the belt move left and right and I find the alternater‘s pulley not in a line.is it normal?

All the pulleys and belts should line up,
It sounds like a fault if they do not line up,
Can you post a photo of the miss-aligned pully ?
Never heard of sand paper to polish the belt, in actual fact its probably damaging it,
It may need replacing,
Otherwise Dry Lube is the best option, and the Belt doesn't dry out either.

I use a bit of silicone spray on the belt. I've heard soap works.

If it's moving at the tensioner, it sounds like it's worn and has to much slop, allowing the tensioner arm and pulley to rock side ways.

If the tensioner is jumping slightly 5-8mm, this is quite normal.
