Can someone please help?
Firstly when locking the car (vy/ss ) with the button I would/still sometimes get 3 horn beeps. I looked in this forum and decided to put in a new door switch $10 Holden,easy to do ;but did not work.
Then second I noticed the driver latch was not allways going down and this seemed to be causing the 3 beeps.
I think this is why the alarm goes off when you open the door if the car has been left for some time; as after 1 hour the alarm automatically sets itself.
Next I looked in here and found how to install an actuator got a new one yesty $112 put it in very pleased with myself.:smoking:
Then I lock the car for the third time I get 3or4 beeps and the brand new latch didn`t close ....:spew:
