Drivers door trim lock help???

    I replaced my speakers and put the door trim back together,
    Problem is I can't get the door lock button back on properly

    BMW E21 320i, E36 "318IS" coupe
    pop the red button out so its sitting ~3mm out from the lock button, make sure door is unlocked, slide button down rod until bottom of red lines up with top of the screwed in surround. push red button til its flush with button.
