Hi ,hope everyone are in good health.
I have asked this before but I have been looking into it with a locksmith up here in Mildura with no luck.
This is the story so far, replaced the actuator door lock , it will not lock by pressing the remote but will lock with the key in the door lock. Some times the door lock turns 360deg that's not right.
Any ideas out in Commodore land.

Sounds like its the RFA Remote function actuation module
if u have a sedan it will be under the parcel shelf... if u have a wagon.. then its up in the roof lining at rear of wagon... when u remove yours... cheaper to grab one from the wreckers... make sure u have the exact same part number... THIS IS CRITICAL. remove your old one.. fit the one from wreckers.. should cost u about $25.. if u buy direct from holden.. will be about $300..so just grab one from the wreckers its fine. . then re-tune your remotes to it.. make sure when u re-tune your remote keys try to have all of them including the master one.. i had the same problem as u... remote would not work... but can lock car manually..give it a go...fixed mine.. all works fine... this attached pic is just to show u what yours will look like...but u will have a different part number..

Door harness can be a problem like so many models before.

You don't state what model your VE is?
Drivers door actuator was problematic in VE's, and there were quite a few changes through the series.
Not all lock actuators are equal, you'll need an actuator suitable for your VIN.

There’s a good chance it too could be faulty.
