Drivers seat collapsed bolster

As many others have suffered, the right side bolster of my driver's seat has collapsed (as well as the plastic seat trim breaking). The trim is an easy fix, but where has everyone around Sydney/Wollongong who have had the foam fixed, had it done, and how much did it cost?
