Hi
Its a pig of a job even with the right tools ..well its a pig if the hinge pins are orig....anyway have a look in the howto section there is a tut on how to do them, make the tools or what you can use instead
...are you sure its the pins and not the striker plate or the in door linkages? worn hinge pins will only cause the door to sag and rub on the top of the center pillar..a misaligned or loose striker plate could cause the door to jam shut....or the linkage to the door handles might not be lifting the lock due to wear

meh had a few sec so found some links

Is it when swinging the door that is hard or is it the way its latch works with the door handle ??? when u push it softly does it get that first click where the door is cliped the first part of latch but not fully closed ???

grab the door and with it almost closed , put it upwards as far as you can. The doors sag over time and the top corner rubs hard on the window frame/B pillar.

Easy and quick check is to see if ur door lines match the rest of the car. U can easily see if the door has sagged.

Also watch the lines when its closed then open it a smig, U will see if the door drops when it comes off the striker.

Other thing to check is a seized check strap.
