VX V6 Auto Sedan, does the exhaust have to be removed to get the driveshaft out? Need to do centre hanger bearing.

No , also forget about doing the centre hanger bearing it’s a crap job , just go to a wreckers and swap out the whole driveshaft they cost $50-60 from wreckers save yourself a whole lot of pain

Cheers, yea already got the bearing, over here in NZ pricks want $200ish for a 2nd hand shaft, got a new genuine Holden bearing for $35 so I'll bash away at the original shaft.

I replaced mine with one from a wrecked VY exec V6 auto sedan. Same same.
