driving lights on vs commodore

can anyone tell me where to get the switch feed for the driving lights. i have tried to get a switched feed from the headlight itself, but this is not the case. there is 12 volts there when the lights are turned off.
do i have to go internal or is there another relay i can go off.

not quite sure but can you feed power all the time to the lights and switch the earth

It uses a new relay under the bonnet and switches its negatve from the light switch via the new switch.
