Hi all, have searched everywhere but to no avail

My '04 avalanche's climate control won't turn on, have checked all fuses under the dash and in engine bay are all good, and today I swapped out the controller with a new one but still no good.

Someone had stolen the binnacle gauges and cut the wiring (which I later disconnected), which I thought may have blown a fuse but I can't seem to find any blown ones :S

Has anyone else had this problem?? Is there a relay or fuse I am missing??

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

To anyone interested, fixed the problem!
Models that have binnacle gauges, which have 2 plugs behind the climate control, these 2 plugs are male & female and are a complete circuit when the gauges are connected and if removed these plugs need to be connected into each other otherwise the climate control doesn't work for some reason...
