Dyno tune

just wondering
If anyone castlehill flame to enable to give a tune up and add a extra 20kw on a standard v6 vz
Just thinking can any shop with a dyno do this because I'm looking to get this done but castlehill is a fairly big drive from where I'm at and I know there is a couple of places closer with a dyno
