Where's the base run?

this shows stock run for a different car and different Dyno...but can serve as general stock run reference

so about 50rwkw difference stock vs Cai and tune...

not sure if this is what people find

That's what I have.

It's a pity you don't have a baseline run to compare it with but if you are happy with the car then that's all that matters.

LSS3 YOOTE
This thread is 4 pages longer than necessary
Which begs the question, does an 'aftermarket' exhaust provide much in extra gains at these power levels? Can it possibly even take away some with certain configurations?
Obviously with forced induction it'll be a different beast we're dealing with.
Project VF2
Did he use the hub dyno? They read a little higher than a roller dyno. Either way, that workshop definitely has a good reputation, and if you're happy with the end result, thats the main thing. I have an LS3 from a 2016 Redline in my VK with a TH400, 4k converter and 3.9 diff gears, with intake and full exhaust, it made 240rwkw when it was tuned. Numbers sound low, but it is deceptively quick, and scares the fk out of my mates when I take them for a drive in it. Dont get bogged down in the numbers, run it at the strip when it opens, that'll give you a better understanding of what it's making
What ET/MPH?

@Emco Welcome to the forum. Search function will show plenty dyno results.

It's been a while since I read project VF2 but my main recollection was that the 1" 3/4 extractors worked(accelerated faster) better than the 1" 7/8.
Anything else to takeaway from it?

I was looking to tune at Sonny's Autowerks too, I believe he would be a great tuner
Most of the cars he tunes are Holden's and Mercs
I heard he gives a baseline as well.....

I've had a few of both and you are not going to really notice the difference on the street.

In fact a good set of tyres over an average set will have a bigger impact on your acceleration.
