The problem is, I can only get that when I go to Costco which is nearly 30 minute from my place Petrol seems to have gone up at least 10 cents compared with last week as I paid 92.9c on a sunday 9 days ago.

I maintain that you should be using PULP 95 or 98 in your Clubby rather than anything cheaper because of budget restraints.
There are thousands of everyday needs out there that cost much more than e.g. $1.28/L for a top-up of PULP. The gap you pay for your Doctor visit is just one example. Put rocket fuel in it, boyo!

PULP98 has mysteriously come down again here in the deep south of Victoria after a high of $1.80/L last week. It's now $1.28/L. Here' the math: Lockdown finished —> More cars on the road = ideal time to fleece the the travelling public as they relish their newly-granted freedoms of moving about.
