Also wondering if these exist with a silver door to suit the Berlina dash?
The socket in the console is a pain
Yes apparently the part number for Berlina with door trim micro silver is 92189927

Pretty sure the power source is switched off by the BCM.

There is a thread dedicated to hard wiring cameras in a VE. Somewhere.

Pretty sure the power source is switched off by the BCM.

There is a thread dedicated to hard wiring cameras in a VE. Somewhere.

You have a few choices,

There is a accessory wire in behind the console [at he bottom] on the drivers side,
Its for the Smokers Pack

or there is a Socket behind the Glovebox under the dash to the left,
Its a 16 pin socket,
If you remove the under trim of the Glovebox, you will see it there,
Just need to locate the correct pins.
There is a Hot wire and an Accessory wire.
I used this very Socket for my Dashcam.
