Check battery voltage
Load test battery.
Check charge circuit.

When there is insufficient voltage while the car is running, that circuit is one of the first to be deactivated by the ECM to put more voltage into other areas. The worse the voltage supply gets, the more systems are deactivated and more fault codes generated.
