Hi guys the belt on the pulley sits flush on the front edge rather than in the middle
When looking at it, it seems to be not true as in it looks like the pulley kicks out a few mill? I swapped the pulley with another one i had on spare motor, started it and same it sits to the front of pulley.

I looked at my L67 and it sits in the middle, my brothers VU Ecotec sits in the middle....
Does the tensioner need replacing?

Oh it threw a belt the other day hence why im asking about pulley, it has been this way for about 2 yrs since i got it.

Will add a few pics later today, might make more sence seeing what i mean.

Try swapping over the whole tensioner assembly.

Sounds like you need a new one completely mate.
i went through that drama and learnt not to get an ebay one as they are rubbish, ended up getting a gates one from repco and now it sits in the middle like it should be.
