ECU Flash tuners

Just had a reply from Ebay vendor. They claim it will work on
Alloytec's.
Windows 3.1? Wher do you get that idea? Or Win 95
for that matter.

get them to show you pictures of the actual tuning tool to me it just looks like something that can download and upload tunes which is great but you still need software to actually modify the factory tune.
