Holden Commodore Omega 2008
I don't understand. As an example, refer to the diagram of the under hood fuse block from the Holden VE Service Manual attached below. If you removed fuse F15, then you removed the 30 amp front wiper fuse.

That doesn’t match under my hood mate

You’ll see in these photos it’s a 15A fuse

It matches what the fuse panel is on my VE. There also the fuse box in the back above the battery and there’s a third on the passaged kick panel in the footwell.

You mentioned fuse 15 and that’s what I made of it as well. F15.

To be clear, you disconnected F28 under the bonnet and F10 in the rear?
Did not isolate the voltage to the fuses though (disconnect negative terminal at battery).
Voltage spikes will occur when replacing the fuse.

The car starts t shake, which to me sounds like the car is starting on fuel in the line but the pump isn't pumping the fuel through and its running low on pressure or the security is disabling the injectors.

Why did you need to "reset" it? That engine light, what was the stored code/s that generated it? This is important to resolving the issue.

*and to be clear for those finding the thread, this does not reset the ECM. It can't. That is a myth embedded in the realms of internet folk tales.
