EDI transplant into VF2

Has anyone ever successfully put HSV EDI into a VF commodore?
Would love to have it in my new redline

I havn't heard of anyone doing it but I think that Walkinshaw would be the people to ask - I'm sure that they have looked into supplying a Walkinshaw branded verion of EDI with their upgrade kits

EDI's are locked to the HSV vehicle they came from. Takes a fair amount of trickery to get it working in another car. But... it is being worked on :beer chug:

Yep nothing is impossible when it come to electronics. this would be interesting for those who have paddle shifters

On the auto, it'd be good if there was a DIC screen where the gear indicator was a large digit in the centre of the screen when in manual shift mode rather then the small digit at the bottom of the screen as provided standard.

looking at installing this on my Motorsport as i have access to a wrecked Gen F HSV, does anyone know exactly what I need to pull from the HSV? and what programming I have to do etc?
