My rear windows are operating very slowly on the passenger side and then stick(meaning on and off the switch for it to haltingly go up/down). I have got the door skins off, but electrics is my week suit. It sees to be sticking, and the motors seem ok. Has anybody got any ideas on how to get the window operating freely.

The back electrics are very different like a bow type set up, cables seem fine, does the nylon bush on the back of the motor, that the wires run around jam or notch up? I cant figure this one out.

Any help you guys could give me would be great.

Hey, this isnt related to electrics or anything but mine do the same thing, I rarely use the back windows and after a while they start to stick, but If I roll them down and up a few times a week it seems to allow them to move more freely, not sure if that relates to you or not.
