Electrical problem???

Just wondering if anyone can tell me why the high beam light on my cluster wont turn off even when the ignition is turned off. and also my interior light wont go off either...?? i have to take out the globe.
I recently changed the cluster to a better one with a rev tacho. everything was fine. and the i put a new fuse in number 9. and now the light wont turn off. Thanks in advance :hmmm:

must be a pressure switch is not disconnecting when u close a door.. u will have to inspect all these man. only 4

i would think the high-beam light is the indicator arm contacts for high-beam...
are your lights staying on high-beam? or just the cluster light,
