hey guys. i was driving my vp v6 last night and the battery warning light kept flashing on and off, plus when i have my headlights on the left hand indercater flashes at around 2x the speed it should be. i was wondering if ne1 else has had this problem and knows an easy way of fixing it or should i just take it to an electrition and not bothin stuffin around with the ****??

The battery light coming on could be because the alternator has died. At least check that the alternator belt is tight and not slipping, and check that the battery leads are secured properly.

The fast flashing is more likely just because one of the bulbs is out.

also check the brushes, sometimes you will find that the light goes on and off as you fiddle with the plug that is attached to the brushes that plugs into the alternator. Sometimes you can get away with new brushes.
