Engine crane bolt/chain positioning on a 253 v8

Hello all I'm pulling the 253 and transmission out of my VH I have everything disconnected and ready to pull out, this will be the first time for me so I just wanna make sure I have it all hooked up correctly on the crane before I start. Where are the best/safest points on a 253 to attach the chains?? And how many chains should I be using?? Cheers in advance..

Chain to front of head one side,rear of head opposite side.

Can get those funky new angle things for engine hoists that lets you turn handle to adjust angle.

If you're a newbie might want to take carby etc off if you think you'll break items lol
