Engine diagnostic code 28

Hi all,
My VR has thrown the engine check light a few times over the last week. Upon pulling codes this morning I only got #28. (had several at the start of the week, but cleared them)
My manual says "transmission error - consult a specialist" but so do several other fault codes. So I figure someone may be able to advise in more detail what code 28 really means, and that will help me narrow down where and what to look for.

I haven't done much on the car lately (just regular driving). Pulled aerial out before Christmas. And topped up trans fluid a month before that.
Likely that neither are related to this issue in my opinion.

So what is "pressure switch manifold"?
Pretty sure I am 11p (but may be 12p)

That's why posted the link as suspected yours was 11p...not sure what it means tbh.

Pcm peeps should know what to look at.

Can't remember auto code I got with vp/vs 304 conversion just that it was related to trans power fuse not connected up...it was in limp mode & stuck in 2nd or 3rd gear.

If it's auto fault code can't not notice trans playing up.

Funny thing is it drives and shifts fine (maybe even smoother on the 1-2 shift than what it did a month ago)
Also it only throws the code in drive. Not reverse, not 3 or 2 or 1. Just big fat old D. And it seems to come on a few seconds after selecting D, so pretty consistent there.
