Hi All,

I've decided to change a couple of the pulleys on my engine as the bearings are shot. The pulleys in question are the one on the tensioner bracket, and the one directly below the coil packs.

I'm just wanted to check which way to undo them. I'm assuming that the pulley under the coil packs is just the normal thread, ie undo anticlockwise, but the one for the tensioner pulley is it a left handed thread to undo it?

Just wanted to check before I end up damaging something....

Cheers

How tight should both the pulleys be done up? I haven't been able to find any torque measurements in the Gregory's book that I have.

Cheers Guys

All sorted... thanks for the tips guys.

It's amazing how much quieter the engine bay is now... Even spinning both pulleys by hand off the engine really showed how shot they actually were.
