I am starting to rebuild an ecotec for my VS and just after some ideas for places to get my machine work done, block/crank etc. either Sydney/Central Coast or Newcastle since I live on the central coast at a reasonable price. Also a good place for pistons/rings/bearings & cam

Not building anything wild just a mild everyday streeter with slightly raised compression to make better use of the LPG injection that I am running

    Thanks

just trying to source a couple of conrods now as 2 were still oversize even after being closed twice
Wreckers these days only want to sell a complete motor so the only thing stopping the rebuild and a full rebuild on an auto as well while I am at it

thanks mate but they will be way overkill as no boost is planned and will also blow my budget beyond what I can do

Will just have to keep looking around for some
