Is this normal, our Acclaim sings, sounds like it has a blower but there no blower.

Check your pulleys, one of the bearings will be shot. Pretty easy fix.

Hi guys, I've just ordered a set of the Gates pulley's and belt, a brand new steering pump, the container that holds the steering fluid and a new Gates water pump via Ebay. Thanks for the help.

Maybe it is a pulley and maybe it is the steering pump but then again maybe it isn't, we can't say for sure without being there, so maybe pop into a mechanic for an opinion. An opinion should be free.

    Too many to list......
Far out you're keen to spend money. Might have just been low steering fluid.
