An LS-family engine is usually a good start.

    Or an L67.

leave the RBs for the little Silvias of this world...

    L67 + rockers + 10PSI = 200rwhp

Anything is possible, With the right amout of $$
I vaguely remember reading a wile ago, Someone put a nissan engine into there VX(i think it was a vx)

It would be cool to see.
But, I'd just stick with the engine's made for the car.

If you put a nissan engine in a commodore, Does not mean it will go like a nissan.
Commodore's are very heavvy car's, If you want more power, Loosing exsess weight would be a good start

If you end up doing the conversion, Be sure to post it up here!.
    Would love to see it.

Do you know how heavy Skylines are? They are by no means a light car.

I would love to do a L67 conversion. How much does it set you back usually?

Nope same. Well TC is a little bit higher RPM, but will still work.

Hahaha Leave the RB26 internally stock, pump up the boost and they can produce 400+rwkw!
    L67's don't even compare.
