@dassaur, the Limited Edition vehicles with autos all pass the trans line through the radiator and then on to the trans cooler thermostat block which can send fluid to the cooler or directly back to the transmission depending on temp. It allows the trans fluid to get to operating temp much quicker

They've done the engineering so I'd replicate their flow unless there are other engineering reasons not to ;)

Yes nothing wrong with it at all.
I was fiddling with the auto trans fluid fittings on the radiator. They are irreplaceable, dont even try. So I am worried the one I messed with wont seal properly and create a delicious strawberry milkshake. Now I have no risk of this happening since I've bypassed it. I was running the method you mentioned earlier.

I recommend you get a converter speced up to suit your power, rear end, wheel diameter etc. etc

Speak to Craigs Transmissions, our whoever your local performance Transmission joint is
Out of interest who made your converter?

"The converter shop" in Brisbane, not sure if they're still open, "craigs transmission" said it was a good bit of kit and used it when they upgraded my 4l60e

Got mine back today.

Slightly smaller at 219/224/115 +2

Made 300rwkw (was 250RWKW with exhaust otr and tune)

No pushing on breaks, nice choppy idle and super strong low and mid range.

Drives as it did normally 95% of time

Good stuff Dave. We know you want test it out and see what she'll do. C'mon down to Eastern Creek for a run or two.

Yeah maybe! Would be interested to see what it could do with the cam and 3.45s

The 3-4 times I have it WOT it went completely sideways so a decent power increase.
