Well it has to be the fuse box, maybe a loose or dislodged female connector, does the Starter motor click? What about your ignition barrel maybe getting bad and not contacting properly. Clean up all your wires even test at starter motor when turning the key to see if its getting power when cranking as it could be a bad solenoid. Spray contact cleaner on all the big fuses connectors by removing them in the engine bay.

What about fuel pump? you going to have to test to see if its spark or fuel related.

Also could be your DFI remove the plug harness and clean the pins and check for corrosion on pins and make sure they not bent, also look at wires for any damaged ones. Only other thing part from that is your key fob or CAS or ECU.

I changed the CAS today didn't make a difference.
Changed the coil pack with another one i had from the old motor and didn't make a difference.
Checked the fuel, got pressure to injectors
Can hear fuel pump...

I tried leaving the ignition of for 45 mins then tried to start it, same no go, wants to start but wont.
The 45mins thing is, if you don't have a coded key it's one way to get around it and start the car. Computer resets after 45 mins to allow this to happen. (so im told)

Been waiting for a auto elect m8 whom is a freak with this sort of stuff but he has had his hands full with the workshop and not been able to get to it.
So I'm sort of stuck on this one unless i can work it out.
