Error codes on my VU help please

I have codes P0102, I replaced the Maf mtr & code is still showing & endine light.
How do I fix P0523 Engine Oil Pressure sensor Higj Voltage.
Also has P0443 Evaporative Emission Control System Purge Control Unit.
The manuel did not help me fix it.
