I’ve come across this mob in the UK that convert cars to EV.
Now, that’s not entirely new, but what gets me about this business is
• The guy running it seems to be mid 20’s
• The business is well funded. It’s an impressive workshop.
• They use a system. In that they design these set ups so nothing needs cutting. They bolt in using existing mounts and the frame is untouched.
So that gets me thinking how exciting it would be to have a bolt on EV package arrive at your house so you can get to work making a really cool car.
These are also designed to charge from regular home power supply.
Some of their really crazy stuff needs 3 phase, however most don’t.
I’m fairly sure a big part of the future of our Commodores will involve this stuff. Some kid not even born yet is going to Hot Rod a Commodore with a package like this.
