Hi Guys, Just purchased a vy calais with a 5.7 and im in two minds what is better twin 2.5 exhaust or single 3 inch???
No experience from the 3" but Ive got twin 2.5" and very happy. Had no rear muffler and found the car sounded like a ski boat out of water, barky and dronned really bad. Now have rear muffler and sounds a lot tougher, deaper and no more drone. Make sure u get extractors and cats..... makes a huge difference
Twin 2 1/2" over single 3" any day. Sounds more refined. Hurricane 4 -1 extractors $690. High flow metal cats $595 a pair. Twin 2 1/2" Manta system $690. Shipping $55.
