I've already asked ages ago which was better, advanced headers or pacemaker extractors, and was told advanced was the way to go, but now I'm wondering recommendations between 100cpi cat and 200cpi cat? And what exhaust, redback or Luke? Or other suggestions? Cheers

100cpi wont be able to pass an emissions test.
some 200cpi cats will. Naaf does sell legal ones (magnaflow) and its a pretty good price for them.

    exhaust though.
    go to your local shop.
get a quote for a proper custom fabbed twin 2 1/4 system that doesnt have a cross over.
wont exactly be cheap though :p
or just a custom set up in a proper sizing, with thick walled metal, not thin walled like used in most brands.
or just again go to Naaf and get a Manta one which are said ot be good

however it all depends on what you like the sound of.
in which case a search around here will find a plethora of information

Pacies, 200cpi and a single 2.5 lukey as their cheap.

At that power level, there will be little difference between then.

NAAF did pacies + 200cpi cat + manta 2.5inch with a resonator, sounds fine for a 6 and got a little more power out of it
And 100cpi is illegal like others said

I would actually leave the stock cat if it is still OK, a high flow will only make it louder. The stock cat will flow fine. If you are changing it, go 200 cell, as said, 100cell are illegal. I do Manta systems that sound better than Lukey and Redback, not raspy, nice and deep and no drone if the resonator is fitted. $325 plus $200 for the cat, shipped. Yours being an Acclaim, it will be IRS.

The system is a straight bolt up, it is $325 shipped, it comes with the gasket and the clamp. The cat is a universal so it requires welding in.
