I have a VY SS ute that need a new exhaust that is quiet enough to pass inspection.
I notice that the X-force come in 3 types.
Obviously the one with no rear muffler is out of the picture.
What is the go between other two?

Thankyou

What inspection do you mean? A normal yearly rego inspection or to lift a defect?

Wouldn't touch X-force again. Look at a manta system.

My car is unlicenced and lives in Western Australia.

Why wouldn't you touch that brand you mentioned?

Go a manta, PM not_an_abba_fan he and the manta warehouse are both in WA and he can source one for you and fit if required.

as far as I am aware the WA govt inspection system is pretty similar to the SA one to get rego so to be legal you will need a system with the same amount of mufflers as the factory system (e.g 2 centre and 1 rear if thats what they had factory) and will also need to meet db requirements.

Thankyou all. And that makes sence about being similar to factory to pass. I have a single 3" with one small muffler before the diff and car goes well.
