Exhaust Rattle?

Hey guys I have a VS seris II ute standard 150000 Kms and have noticed a rattle /vibration noise coming from under the car when i accelerate, I got under it and found it to be what I think it is the Exhaust,

Either it is the bracket or something ratteling or it is inside the exhaust.
Is this a common problem and may it just need a new exhaust and is the rattle coming from inside the exhaust. If i should need a new exhaust should i get a standard one again or is there any cheep aftermarket noise and performanc exhaust i should look into. something that sounds tuff but wont short live the engine?

if its a faulty exhaust (i have no idea) id recommend you buy a aftermarket one and give it some sound.
