hey all

Wondering how many k's can go by before i will need to replace or check the sensors??

i recently filled up and drove 130km and it has dropped below 2 notches already on the gauge, i know vy's have a problem with the gauge but normally it doesnt drop like this. was thinking maybe she is using too much petrol cause the sensors are worn out

thank you in advance for help

Sensors last as long as they last. There is no real time frame or mileage, there are too many factors affecting them to accurately predict when they go.

Do you know someone with a scan tool? Best to get the error codes read first and go from there.

You can buy anything if you had enough money. A Snap On scan tool is about $2500.

I read around 80,000. Mine has done 135,000 and I'm just going to change them soon anyway, as I feel fuel econ has gotten a little worse lately. I read that Bosch, AC Delco or Delphi are the ones to go for.
