    I wanna put a tip on my stand factory exhaust ive looked everywhere for size

    What size is exhaust 2.5 inch?

    If you mean what size in mm it is near enough to 63 mm.

    63mm = 2.48 inch

    The 2.5 tip should fit mine then

    Why do they say upgrade to a 2.5inch exhaust for if we already have one...

    They weren't 2-1/2" from the factory....My VS still had it's original exhaust system on it and it definitely wasn't 2-1/2"
    Considering that a VS commodore can be up to 23 years old now....Couldn't be too many around nowadays with original exhausts still fitted
    Only logical explanation is that the original system has been replaced at some stage by a previous owner

    yes they're 2.25 from factory
