External door& window trims. Repair or replace?

Hey lads,
Tried a search,but nada.
The black plastic/rubber? trims on the doors is looking a bit weathered.
Or not quite perfect lol
Anyone know if they can be renewed or is it an eBay?/Holmart job?
Anyone done this to their ride?
