Forum search not currently working for me.

Installing new extractors and cats soon and believe I read somewhere that the original metal header manifold gasket is fine to reuse. Is this right or should I purchase a new one from Holden?

Thanks.

If they're in good nick, re-use them.

How is your new engine going now? Holden dealer says my engine is not bad at all but it made the same sound as videos you posted. My engine noise does go away less than 10 mins of driving.

The new engine does not make any noise at all like the old one did. My old one made noise for the first 5-10 min on cold start and then it woukd quieten down.

Is yours still under warranty ?

The problem is the car has to be cold to hear it.
