Factory Alarm Arm & Disarm Wires?

That is correct. It is a Compustar CM7200, and it has the function of locking and unlocking the doors alongside other options, i have installed this alarm on my previous car but the car did not have a factory alarm so i did not experience this issue

How do you plan on bypassing the immobiliser?

Well as i mentioned above it is a Firstech CM7200 unit which is american i believe and they dont have commodores there so i would just have to program my bypass module for a Chev model and tap in to the diagnostic pin 2 (VPW data port). If that does not work i will just have to use a key in a box which involves sacrificing a key and hiding it somewhere.

To much added crap that you not going to use, better off just getting the upgrade kit for that model, u can add a auto window closer as well once u lock the car.
