Im trying to find the number on the relay that enabled you to fit cruise contol to a vr with a low bcm.All I need is the number printed on the side of the relay. You cant get the kit anymore but I thought you might be able to track down the relay through bosch or who ever made the relay so the car had to be a vr that had factory dealer cruise control fitted.

Doesnt matter anymore...made my own relays and if anyone is installing cruise control to their vr and early vs ,I a couple extra to sell since Ive read plenty of posts asking about it.It comprises of some electronics that are the toggle part made to fit inside a larger relay enclosure similar to a abs one and a additional standard relay that you screw to the steel bracket on the l/h side open area under the panel near the steering column .It comes with the wiring and has plugs that the relays plug into so it looks factory...all you have to do is make 4 wiring connections and its working.
With this setup you dont need to change your bcm/keyheads and cruise will work with no problems.I'm asking $40 for it....as well as the inconvience of getting everything recoded a bcm change could cost 200+.

Just came across this. I'm very interested in one of these and the info on how to wire it all up nice into VS S1 V6 Station Wagon currently undergoing a Level 2 to Level 3 w/trip computer conversion. If you can put one aside and pm with the details.

    Cheers
