Fading reflectors on tail lights

Hey,

I found similar posts but none seemed to really help much. I'm looking at buying some VS Calais taillights (used) and most of them are fine except the reflector has faded almost to white. Is there anyway of replacing the reflectors only or rejuvenating them to red / or maybe a dark red. :thumbsup:

Autobarn sell a small bottle of 'RED Lens Dye" for around $18. it is a bit time consuming but it can be effective on reflectors with a couple of coats followed by a couple of coats of clear over the top. The clear is important as the dye will wash off very quickly. Otherwise keep looking for a good set without fading.
