faults and maintenance

Hey lads, just wondering if there are any common faults or maintenance requirements with high mileage cars that I should look into, got a 97 VS Ute with the 3.8 ecotec the kms are unknown the odm stoped working on 223,XXX have had the car for around 8 years and the odm has never worked last records I found if it working through service history was 2009.
these are some of the following I have already replaced or serviced
-Rocker cover gaskets
-Plugs and leads
-swapped in LSD diff around 120,XXX
- all front bushings are Poly
- replaced the whole cooling system
-alternator
- tie rods
- fresh oil in motor, box and diff
- auto filter
- resealed fuel pump due to leak
Side note
-will be replacing the intake valley gasket soon
-service history is hard to track between 2009 and 2014ish
- I service the car very regularly

That many kilometres, I would expect leaking power steering and fuel pump to stuff up. If it is used for a lot of short trips, then driver door latch/actuator would be on last legs. If the windscreen washer bottle is still good, you're lucky. Oh and serpentine belt tensioner, it goes on and on.

Oh yeah few more things to mention I replaced the three idler pulleys, got a new drive belt, and the washer bottle broke after I fixed it so made a custom aluminium one

- Alternator power cable, check for corrosion
- Centre bearing check for cracks in the bushing
- CV and uni joints

Drive shaft is all good have had all that out, and I have a solid rear end. But thanks for the info

Inlet manifold gaskets

Most of my things have been changed over the years, so just change them out as needed.

there one crucial part that has been discontinued that is the fuel pressure regulator but you can fit a vt-vy fuel rail or aftermarket adjustable fpr which i have done
