Hey guys, last night my fan motor keeled over and died. I have nothing on an setting. When I check for voltage at the fan itself there is voltage present and it goes up and down as I adjust the fan speed... but, it never goes above 8.xx Vdc. so between High and Max there is no change.

Can someone with a multimeter and climate control verify that for me please? It's the two wire plug with a HD red and yellow wire in it and can be unplugged without removing anything from the dash.

If it could be measured between the two wires that would be awesome.

oh ****. nevermind folks. I figured it out myself and disassembled my blower motor, repaired it and reassembled it plus the car.

Interesting to note, High MAX is only available when the engine is running.

That's OK Tas.
I had a moment on that other thread about removing the door trim to access the electric window motor.
